Hr Customer Service (100% Remote) ($21.00 / Hour)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and ethical behavior.
• Document and track every call with a high level of accuracy using the case management system.
• Utilize research skills to resolve HR issues received via the phone system.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to payroll, policies, benefits, and more.
• Work closely with HR Business Partners, Benefits, Stocks, Payroll, Talent Management, and Operations teams to provide solutions for employees and ensure a world-class employee experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in confidential environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and applications, especially Excel.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months of human resources experience and customer service experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of human resources experience and customer service experience.
• HR experience in payroll and benefits.
• HR technical abilities, HR software preferred.
• Experience using knowledge database and researching skills.
• Minimum of 1 year of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
