Specialist Customer Service - Remote ($16.00 - $17.00 / Hour)

Responsibilities

• Reconcile orders to ensure accuracy, tagging discrepancies in the system
• Enter and process accurate and timely orders using EDI and order requirements
• Proactively seek input, recommend solutions, and solve problems to ensure customer and client satisfaction
• Ensure accurate entry and delivery of client's items/policies to customers
• Assist in meeting company and client objectives by understanding sales volume and profitability
• Support administrative activities and act as a liaison to Business Development Managers and other support staff

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service orientation
• 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment
• High School Diploma or GED required

Pay Range: $16.00/Hr. - $17.00/Hr

Job Duties

Order Entry

• Ensure accurate entry and delivery of client's items/policies to customers
• Enter and process accurate and timely orders using EDI and order requirements
• Communicate with Business Development Assistant to ensure accurate pricing and promotion information

Reconciliation

• Provide ad-hoc reporting as necessary
• Tag discrepancies in the system with promotion/pricing/etc. dispute
• Reconcile orders to ensure accuracy of information

Administrative

• Support administrative activities and act as a liaison to Business Development Managers and other support staff
• Ensure accurate and timely communication with clients and customers
• Provide backup to departmental co-workers

Client and Customer Interaction

• Assist in meeting company and client objectives by understanding sales volume and profitability
• Proactively seek input, recommend solutions, and solve problems to ensure customer and client satisfaction

Additional Information

• Office/sedentary requirements: ability to sit for extended periods of time, hear the telephone, enter data on a computer, and lift up to 10 pounds
• Travel and driving are not essential duties or functions of this job
• This position does not have supervisory responsibilities for direct or indirect reports
