Responsibilities


  • Answer inbound calls and address customer questions and concerns
  • Make outbound calls to verify benefits with customers, insurance companies, and doctor's offices
  • Resolve concerns to simplify the healthcare experience
  • Provide information about insurance coverage and benefit plans
  • Adjust schedule as needed based on business needs
  • Navigate through multiple computer applications accurately and efficiently


Work At Home Requirements


  • Dedicated, quiet, and secure workspace with no distractions
  • Must reside in Texas, Florida, or Pennsylvania
  • Must have a hard-wired internet connection via ethernet cable to owned/modem router
  • USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone
  • High-speed internet with at least 10 Mbps download speed (no satellite, wifi, or cellular/wireless carrier internet services)


Additional Requirements


  • Full-time schedule availability, including weekends, to meet business needs
  • Willingness to undergo a drug test and background check
  • Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
  • Professional and positive attitude with courteous telephone etiquette
