Requirements

• Customer service experience
• Associate or Bachelor's degree is a plus
• Data entry skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Demonstrated empathy and patience
• Call center experience strongly preferred
• Preferred experience in pensions or benefits
• High school diploma or GED required (proof of education is necessary)

Benefits Of The Role

• Monday-Friday schedule, no weekends
• No outbound calls
• Fully remote position (equipment pickup in Tempe, AZ on Day 1)
