Customer Service Representative *Remote* ($17.00 / Hour)

As a Benefit Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to help our client members navigate their health care and pension plans, ensuring their happiness, health, and security. We are looking for individuals who are compassionate, professional, and skilled in customer service to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and understand plan documents, amendments, online knowledge base tools, and benefit administration systems while following procedures and guidelines
• Handle approximately 40-70+ inbound calls per day
• Provide customer service support by professionally responding to customer inquiries/issues via phone, email, or other communication devices
• Research participant questions related to employee benefit plans
• Assist customers in using web-based, employee self-service tools

Qualifications

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and ability to manage multiple open computer windows
• Bilingual in French or Spanish is a plus
• High School degree or equivalent
• Ability to work autonomously in a self-paced, self-motivated team environment
• 1+ year of recent call center experience

Hours

• Monday - Friday between 7:00am - 7:00pm
