What You Will Do

• Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all information necessary for the investigation
• Respond to account inquiries and provide cardholders with standard/scripted responses to alerts generated within the fraud detection queues
• Build credit card replacement orders and complete shipping materials
• Assist with completing lost stolen reports, including blocking and transferring compromised accounts to prevent further losses and fraudulent activity
• Analyze account history, including payment and transaction history, to identify fraudulent activity
• Investigate potential credit card fraud cases based on information received from the fraud detection system

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum of one year of recent contact center/work from home contact experience in the last 18 months
• Ability to work well independently
• Experience working in a high-volume call center
• Intermediate computer skills
• Proven verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to deescalate situations with customers while explaining the situation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective and probing questioning and listening techniques to identify customer needs
• Exceptional attention to detail

Additional Information

• Successful completion of a background check that includes criminal, credit, drug screen, verification of education and past employment is required
• The pay for this role is $15.00 per hour
