Customer Service Representative (100% Remote In South Carolina) ($14.00 / Hour)

Responsibilities

• Identify and offer new solutions that meet customer needs
• Upsell products and features, highlighting the benefits
• Navigate multiple computer applications accurately and efficiently
• Demonstrate excellent soft skills to provide exceptional customer service
• Listen actively to customers to understand their concerns
• Provide information about current plans and products

Requirements

• High-speed internet with at least 10 MBPS download speed (no satellite)
• Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting
• 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED
• Must live in South Carolina to apply (other states have separate requisitions)
• Professional and positive attitude with courteous telephone etiquette
• USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone
• Quiet and secured workspace
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Ability to thrive in a highly structured environment
• Open availability for scheduling, including evenings and weekends
