Remote/Hybrid - Customer Service Representative ($15.00 - $16.00 / Hour)

Position Summary

• Customer service representatives provide outstanding service to clients and customers via telephone and email.
• Process claims by comparing them to client requirements and ensuring compliance with program specifications and company policies.

Typical Day As a Customer Service Representative

• Research and resolve client inquiries and communications promptly
• Audit advertising or Incentive claims
• Answer incoming calls (light call volume)

• Outgoing, positive, can-do attitude

• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
