:
Responsibilities
  • Continue to be well-versed in all products and relevant theme park information in order to effectively present and discuss all products and services offered.
  • Foster good working relationships with internal and external partners through honesty and integrity.
  • Process ticket sales and reservations according to Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Engage with guests and clients through various channels, including inbound/outbound calls, email, and click-to-chat.
Qualification
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • High school diploma or GED.
Desired
  • Bachelors degree in a related field.
  • Solid sales aptitude with the ability to excel at consumer-direct sales, including the ability to adapt sales presentations depending on the consumers needs and wants.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Capable of thriving in a high-pressure, team-oriented, and fast-paced environment with the ability to persevere and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Exceptional attendance, reliable and punctual with the ability to adhere to established break/lunch times.
  • Proven ability to upsell into an upscale, premium product experience.
  • 1-year sales call center experience.
  • High level of professional customer service.
  • Bility to accommodate schedule and activity/priority changes on short notice.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new systems.
