Job Description
Advantages Of Joining Our Company

  • No previous healthcare experience required (but it can be a plus)
  • Provide high-level customer service to patients


Job Duties


  • Answer telephones and make appointments
  • Complete registration and enter service capture data
  • Process referrals and maintain appointment schedules
  • Obtain prior authorization for services
  • Verify patient demographics and insurance coverage


Skills & Qualifications


  • Proficient at using computers
  • 1-3+ years of customer service/call center experience
  • Ability to provide empathy to patients
