Required Skills And Expertise


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • 2+ years of customer support/technical support experience in a customer facing role within a software company, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with JIRA or similar ticketing system is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
