Job Description

This role will challenge you to remove technical barriers and provide HR support to ensure employee satisfaction. You will build trust through personalized conversations and problem-solving skills, making a positive impact on employees' day-to-day experiences.


Key Responsibilities


  • Consult and collaborate with partner teams to update and improve policies and resolve cross-functional issues
  • Resolve inquiries by referring to available documentation and escalate when necessary
  • Build customer trust through empathetic, personalized conversations and adjust case management plans to meet changing employee needs
  • Receive and resolve inquiries via phone, chats, and emails from employee contact channels
  • Take ownership of employee contacts, ensuring each contact is accepted and resolved with a high degree of problem-solving and customer satisfaction


Basic Qualifications


  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a contact center/contact handling position
  • Strong attention to detail and good interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work in a 24/7 support process, including night shifts if required
  • Proficient with MS Excel, Word, and email writing
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent


Nice-to-Haves


  • Experience in HR/HR shared services
  • Experience providing consultation and guidance on human resources, benefits, or complex employee matters
