Job Responsibilities

• Resolve basic payment and account related requests for assigned company clients
• Build knowledge of products, policies, and procedures through online manuals and client training
• Determine reasons for customer issues using a decision tree and escalate unresolved grievances
• Provide standardized responses using user-friendly GUI screens and established processes
• Enter required data into client systems and databases

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Micro PC must be physically connected to the router or modem by a cable
• Successful completion of background check, including criminal, credit, and drug screen
• Must have at least one year of recent contact center experience
• On-camera presence required
• Designated workspace free from distractions
• Mid to late shift schedule with days off during the week
• Pay rate: $15.00 per hour
• Remote office internet connection via DSL or Cable Modem
• United States only role
