- Partner with stakeholders in HR and Finance to ensure org/people data and related processes represent and maintain a “single source of truth”
- Distills complex data insights into compelling and simple stories for a broad range of non-technical stakeholders
- Ensure effective delivery of core data and reporting
- Identify the skills and expertise needed to build a world class HR analytics team that can effectively drive measurable impact
- Lead a multi-functional team including consulting, data/reporting solutions, governance, visualization, surveying/research, and advanced analytics
- Drive a team culture that prioritizes the accuracy, timeliness and relevancy of our data, trends, reports, and insights
- Develop and maintain strong relationships, based on trust, with HR leaders and key business leaders
- Leverage knowledge of data infrastructure and data engineering to partner heavily with Enterprise IT on the data strategy
- Drive quality assurance and continuous improvement processes to ensure we are meeting the highest standards of excellence
- Set priorities that focus PI teams on impactful work and define the long-term strategy for the function
- Creates and champions performance standards that emphasize simplicity, speed, agility, relevance, and impact
- Demonstrates consumer-centric orientation by championing employee and business needs; Energizes the team to provide outstanding client service
- Strong identifier and developer of talent; Creates a culture of coaching and teamwork while ensuring excellence in all that is delivered
- Sophisticated ability to collaborate, build consensus, influence without control and drive a strategic agenda across a diverse stakeholder map
- Leads with integrity, honesty and behaviors that promote the culture, values, and mission of The Walt Disney Company
- Strong emotional intelligence, relationship skills and executive presence
- Ability to drive the standards, processes and impact that will make TWDC People Insights a world-class HR analytics function
- Experience with international data regulations and privacy requirements
- Enthusiasm for managing/leading others and capable of building trust
- Ability to lead multiple, large data/analytics projects in fast-paced matrix with experience in evaluating program effectiveness and impact
- Diversity, equity, and inclusion advocate
- Senior HR leadership experience in a global organization, with emphasis on building HR analytics programs and strategies to support employee experience, talent strategy and business performance
- Outstanding consultative, critical thinking and communication skills
- Experience leading employee survey programs with a focus on assessing employee experience, identifying opportunities, and driving action
- Extensive knowledge of databases, analytical tools, and big data
- Experience working in The Walt Disney Company successfully driving complex projects and decision-making across businesses and functions
- Master’s degree in a related field
