Overview People Operations Partner is a role that is responsible for providing strategic and operational support to the People Operations team. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the People Operations team, including developing and implementing processes and procedures, managing employee relations, and providing guidance and support to the team. Detailed Job Description The People Operations Partner is responsible for providing strategic and operational support to the People Operations team. This role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the People Operations team, including developing and implementing processes and procedures, managing employee relations, and providing guidance and support to the team. The People Operations Partner will also be responsible for providing guidance and support to the People Operations team in the areas of employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Knowledge of HR best practices
• Knowledge of HR systems and processes
• Knowledge of organizational development and change management
• Knowledge of performance management and employee relations
Job Experience
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Experience in developing and implementing HR processes and procedures
• Experience in managing employee relations
• Experience in providing guidance and support to the People Operations team
