Social Media Coordinator Position Summary
Are you passionate about leveraging the power of social media to inspire, educate, and create meaningful connections? As our Social Media Coordinator, you will be a crucial part of our Communications team, driving the growth of Naples Botanical Garden and spreading awareness of our mission and captivating programs. Embrace the dynamic world of digital assets, especially social media, and play a pivotal role in shaping our public image while ensuring that our platforms reflect our institution's core values. This is a hybrid position, offering both on-site and remote work options, giving you the flexibility you need to thrive. You will report to our Senior Content Manager, who will support your journey of professional growth.
Responsibilities
Be the vibrant heartbeat of our social media presence, connecting with our audiences both internally and externally, ensuring consistent messaging across platforms.
Unleash your analytical prowess to track and report on digital metrics, harnessing data to drive our strategies forward and achieve impactful results.
Collaborate closely with the Director of Communications & Marketing, evaluating the success of digital campaigns and providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Forge meaningful relationships with influencers and local marketing agents, working together to craft captivating content that aligns with our mission and revenue goals.
Champion best practices in all aspects of digital marketing, while fearlessly experimenting with cutting-edge tactics to engage and excite our target audience.
Command web-based tools like a maestro, leveraging platforms such as Sprout Social and Campsite to amplify our digital marketing efforts.
Infuse every piece of work with our established brand guidelines, policies, and compliance standards, ensuring a harmonious and authentic presence.
Embrace the Garden's spirit by staying up-to-date on our programs, events, and developments, using this knowledge to craft compelling stories and communication strategies.

Qualifications & Other Relevant Information
A Bachelor's Degree would be wonderful.
Ideally, you have 3 - 5 years of experience in communications or marketing, ready to bring your expertise to new heights.
Show off your prowess with Photoshop and Lightroom, and if you've got experience with other Adobe products, that's a bonus!
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is a given.
Embrace the occasional excitement of working evenings and/or weekends as needed.
Hold a valid U.S. driver's license, as we embark on amazing journeys together.
