Summary:
The Sr. Director, Commercial Excellence for SCA Pharma is for the oversight and strategic direction of all commercial operations functions. This position will report to the Chief Commercial Officer and play a critical role in the Commercial Leadership Team by leveraging all data and systems while leading the collaboration between SCA business partners including Supply Chain, Finance and Operations.
·Oversee the management of all SCA Pharma sales and commercial systems including Salesforce.com.
·Responsible for the refinement and management of all commercial related data reporting including KPI’s through PowerBI.
·Lead the development and implementation of a Sales Training platform for SCA Pharma. The Sales Training platform will be focused on strengthening our overall selling skills while building industry leading business acumen across the team.
·Deliver opportunities and projects that will solidify our ability to manage the business by improving processes through automation and efficiency metrics.
·Manage and lead the Sales Incentive plan for the organization.
·Drive promotional effectiveness efforts with key stakeholders including marketing and sales. These efforts will measure and improve the impact of all promotional efforts across the business.
·Craft key insights regarding business challenges and opportunities that will drive stronger results across the organization.
·Bachelor’s degree required – MBA preferred
·Minimum 15 years of experience in commercial operations roles including sales, marketing, account management and/or commercial roles of progressive scope and responsibility in healthcare/pharmaceutical industry
