Prepares cost /benefit analyses and presents recommendations to management.

Leads critical cost savings projects using project management tools

Develops management systems, establishes work measurement programs, and performs line workload observations to develop standards for labor and materials utilization.

Prepares and gives formal presentations to management about projects progress and direction.

Ensure the benefits generated by the projects are properly measured and that the impact on total costs are validated by finance

Manages development and execution of the plant Productivity Deck (list of CI projects for the year)

·Oversee the management of all SCA Pharma sales and commercial systems including Salesforce.com.

·Responsible for the refinement and management of all commercial related data reporting including KPI’s through PowerBI.

·Manage and lead the Sales Incentive plan for the organization.

·Must have strong strategic planning skills, financial acumen, and analytical skills.

·Excellent executive presentation, written and oral communication skills.

·Ability to organize, manage and coordinate resources.

Identify and investigate advanced technologies offering company significant technical and financial benefits. Strong communication and presentation skills

Project ownership / management for a subset of technology projects (as assigned by Sr. Director)

Manage Agile process by setting project Sprint parameters, lead effective Kaizen events

Negotiate and manage critical vendor relationships to maximize value and timeliness of external innovations.

Ensure proposed new features and capabilities integrated into existing networks using company current and future network technologies.

Maintain Gantt based project timelines with key stakeholder engagement at the Leader of Leader level

Superior time management abilities and capable of meeting deadlines

7+ years Marketing and/or Sales Commercial experience a plus

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Must be a strategic thinker and a have strong negotiation skills

Minimum 15 years of experience in commercial operations roles including:

Provides clinical consultation to nurses or directs them to other resources.

Communicates and interprets changes in nursing practice activities and standards of care, including competency development.

Collaborates and communicates with other clinical staff to assure seamless progression of care to meet patient care needs.

Participates/ actively contributes in Faculty Hours and other quality and safety departmental initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Nursing required. Master's degree in Nursing preferred.

Assess, design, deploy and interpret performance metrics related to patient loyalty, patient experience, and operational excellence.

Provide direct oversight for vendor relationships with patient experience related programs and tools used to drive patient experience outcomes.

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in operational and performance improvement in a variety of clinical settings is required.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

Identify tactics, metrics and monitoring systems to achieve the desired state of systematic and consistent performance.

Monitor and track progress throughout the hospital for accountability.

Experience in facilitation, negotiation, and influencing skills. Ability to drive change.

Drive Quality Operations Strategy ensuring strategic initiatives are structured and managed to assure acceptable delivery.

15+ years’ experience in GMP pharmaceutical, biologics and/or medical device manufacturing; 5+ years of progressive people leading experience required

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is required

Ability to manage multiple projects and work with cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication, organizational, computer, and interpersonal skills.

Organizational change management experience is preferred.

Project Management experience, to include resource management, FTE demand, risk analysis, cost optimization is preferred.

Strong project management and influencing skills are required

Quality Management, supervisory and people development skills are required.

Minimum 5 years of people management experience is required.

Strong blend of tactical and strategic management skills.

Excellent leadership, influence management, collaboration, organizational, and communication skills are required. Budget management experience required.

Consult on Oncology therapeutic area needs and recommend training and performance strategies to Senior Management to meet those needs.

Business experience and industry knowledge to influence company/franchise level decisions and strategies on how best to develop talent required.

Previous experience as District Sales Manager highly preferred.

8 years of related experience in Sales Leadership and/or Learning & Development.

MBA, MS Organizational Development, Adult Learning, Education preferred

Provides strategic oversight for training and development of management, supervisory, and front-line staff.

Must be able to work in a Labor-Management Partnership environment.

Through department managers and supervisors, manages nurse advice clinical contact center operations to enterprise service level expectations and performance targets

Manages multiple teams and works with cross-functional and cross-departmental teams on prioritization.

Skilled at giving presentations of program status, strategy and issues to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Minimum ten (10) years of process improvement and customer care/service experience.
