The opportunity:

Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, the Director, Operations will design and administer policies and implement systems required to enable the effective and efficient operation of our Technology Business Unit. The Director, Operations will focus on customer success, customer support, and agile best practices.

How will you make an impact at Envision Pharma Group?

● Formulate business strategies with others on the executive team.

● Design policies that align with the overall strategy.

● Implement efficient processes and standards focusing on customer support, customer success and agile best practices.

● Coordinate customer service/success/support operations to ensure customer retention.

● Coordinate with business units to ensure compliance with local and international laws (e.g. data protection).

● Evaluate operational risk and champion quality assurance and agile practices efforts alongside other business units.

● Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits.

● Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement.

● Monitor and report on key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Do you have what we are looking for?

● BS/BA in Business, Computer Science, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.

● 10+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within the cloud technology industry.

● 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support , and /or Agile Best practices.

● Proven experience as Head of Operations, Operations Director or similar leadership role with proven experience in building and leading operations teams, both in-house and through contracted service providers.

● Familiarity with all business functions including HR, finance, supply chain and IT

● Experience with implementing IT systems

● Knowledge of data analytics and reporting, financial planning and budgeting as well as relevant regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards.
