Be part of a team that is successfully implementing the most advanced and intelligent technologies for our customers. We are currently looking for a Process Excellence Manager to join our office in Atlanta. We also offer the option to work remotely within the USA.


Job Summary:

We are seeking a Manager for automation to join our team and help drive our automation division. As a Manager, you will be responsible for leading client engagements and managing a team of consultants to deliver high-quality services. You will work closely with senior leaders in the automation division to develop and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in automation, with a proven track record of managing client engagements and developing strong client relationships. You should be knowledgeable in at least one area of consulting, such as strategy, operations, technology, or finance.

Responsibilities & tasks for this role:

  • Lead client engagements, managing the project scope, budget, and timeline
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, and ensure that the automation team is continuously improving its offerings
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to clients
  • Manage a team of consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest quality service delivery
  • Collaborate with other members of the automation team to develop and implement strategies for growth and profitability

Business Development: Responsibilities & tasks for this role

  • Ensure that sales activities are properly tracked and reported
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to develop compelling proposals that differentiate the company's offerings and meet clients' needs
  • Leverage relationships with clients to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth within assigned accounts

Must-have qualifications & competencies

  • Knowledgeable in at least one area of consulting, such as strategy, operations, technology, or finance
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Able to use Lean Six Sigma tools such as VSM, RCA, FMEA, Process Mapping, Project prioritization, Dashboarding, KPI identification and data analysis.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in automation
  • Proven track record of managing client engagements and developing strong client relationships
  • Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt certified

Role Specific

  • From a service offering perspective, you will support the development of content and enablement materials for the PEM portfolio and act as a key point of contact for both the sales and delivery organizations around said offering. You are responsible for identifying and growing opportunities for our PEM offering at existing clients and leading proposals/RFPs for new leads.
  • You are well versed in managing multiple project workstreams in parallel and will be responsible for driving meticulous stakeholder management by antcipating risks and issues, providing solutions and escalating issues in a timely fashion when necessary. You are familiar with the technologies that comprise the automation ecosystem and develop strong client relationships that will uncover opportunities and ensure long term client relationships
  • In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and executing the delivery of various workstreams relating to our client's process excellence transformation, covering topics such as Lean Six Sigma, Lean Diagnostics, Operational Excellence, Task Mining & Process Mining. You will lead the delivery for clients and likely manage consultants and technicians.
  • As a Manager in our Process Excellence & Mining track you will play a critical role in developing business opportunities and leading the delivery of Process Excellence & Mining services to clients.
