:Director, Commercial Excellence
Summary:As the Director, Commercial Excellence your primary responsibility will be to direct and execute upon Reapplix strategic business priorities and initiatives through multiple functions. You will report to the VP Marketing and Strategy and be responsible for planning, directing, and executing on cross-functional processes across the organization, with an emphasis on advancing US commercialization of an exciting new therapy for patients with diabetes and chronic wounds.

Products:3C Patch System – 100% Autologous 3-layer patch, utilizing the patient’s living cells to support wound healing.
Minimum Requirements:
·Education- College Degree (BA or BS); MBA strongly preferred
·Prior Experience – Marketing, Sales, US Commercial and Wound Care
·Demonstrable interpersonal skills
·Ability to travel 30-40%
Job Requirements:
- Helps to define, and executes on business growth strategies to help meet organizational goals and objectives with specific accountability to two separate but related commercial functions within the organization:
- Leads Commercial Marketing including but not limited to:
-Targeting
-Campaign/Awareness Development and Execution
-Product Promotion
-Digital Strategy and Execution
-Lead and Demand Generation
-Product Launch
- Leads Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) function including:
-CRM Launch and Effectiveness
-Customer Segmentation
-Corporate Account Overlay
-New Hire and Emerging Leader Training
-Field Sales Trainer Development
-Sales Meetings
-Targeting Data Management + Analytics
-Performance Measurement Management
-Resource Effectiveness Measurement and Management
- Ensures the timely completion of key projects
- Attend conferences/events and build industry connections in order to facilitate business growth
- Plans, coordinates and leads meetings and workshops
- Conducts market research to inform strategic business decisions
- Identifies and helps solve core problems or opportunities within business processes
- Works with leadership and cross-functionally to determine company goals and KPIs
- Provides support and oversight for special projects and initiatives
Job Qualifications:
- Willing to approach job responsibilities and beyond with a “roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude and work ethic
- 7+ years Marketing and/or Sales Commercial experience a plus
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and industry contacts
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Superior time management abilities and capable of meeting deadlines
- Must be a strategic thinker and a have strong negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Up to date on industry trends, as well as laws and regulations
- Possess a collaborative mindset and work well as part of a team
Location:
·US-based, work from home office
·Travel to Leadership Events, Sales Meetings, Trainings, Events/Conferences, Customers, Field Rides, or other required in-person meeting(s)
