Requirements:
· High School diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s degree in professional Selling, Marketing or Business a plus
· Previous experience selling in packaging, cosmetic, or food service and/or e-commerce industries is preferred.
· Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to work in a team setting with a diverse group of employees and managers.
· Ability to work remotely.
· Ability to thrive in a competitive environment.
· Highly organized and efficient
· Ability to gain and maintain strong professional relationships.
· Excellent written and oral skills required.
· Travel is required.
Responsibilities:
· Work closely with in-house Creative and Production teams to provide customers with creative and innovative packaging solutions.
· Ensure a positive customer experience by educating, cross-selling and recognizing opportunities to present customers with value-added services and products that would benefit their business.
· Source new accounts through direct customer interaction, past relationships, cold calling, and social media
· Leverage our industry leads to connect with key decision-makers.
· Conduct sales calls to increase sales through existing accounts, while also prospecting and building business with new accounts
· Responsible for meeting or exceeding sales and margin goals
· Demonstrate outstanding customer service to build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
· Implement and manage pricing strategies within all accounts.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
