Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Sort and distribute incoming mail, including faxes and inter-office mail
• Analyze and route work, work orders, and emails to appropriate work queues
• Update and review pending transactions in multiple processing and workflow systems
• Route and pend cases to the correct work queues
• Provide follow-up support for pending service transactions with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Required Job Qualifications

• General insurance and financial product knowledge is desirable
• Zero to one year of related experience
• High School Diploma
• Basic keyboarding and PC knowledge
