**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in remote sales, preferably in the HR/recruitment industry and/or the SaaS tech industry.

- Strong prospecting and lead generation skills, with the ability to build relationships from scratch.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating time management and organizational skills.

- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.
