Location: REMOTE (Outside Sales) Travel Required

The primary responsibility of this role is to expand BCFoods' market presence in Canada and lead our sales and business development efforts. While sales will be the primary focus, the role also includes relationship management, overservicing current customers, and supporting the Operations team.

Must Have:



· Food Manufacturing/Distribution Exp. REQUIRED

  1. Industrial Sales to Manufactures will put you at the type of the list.
  2. Developing and implementing sales strategies and plans to achieve company sales targets.
  3. Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads to increase revenue.
  4. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  5. Conducting market research and analyzing customer needs and preferences to provide insights for product development and sales improvement.
  6. Collaborating with other teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure the delivery of quality products and services.
  7. Monitoring industry trends and staying up-to-date with competitors’ activities to ensure the company remains competitive.
  8. Negotiating and closing sales deals with clients.
  9. Developing and maintaining a sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of sales opportunities.


·Ability to travel.

The ideal candidate will live in the South East or Texas areas of the US.
