Zearch are working exclusively with an early stage SaaS business that are hiring for their 4th BDR/SDR to in the company.


We are seeking a professional with 1-2 years BDR/SDR/Lead Gen. experience to join a


Zearch are working exclusively with an early stage SaaS company that are growing at over 100% YoY. We are now hiring for some of the early hires in the BDR/SDR team and looking for a high energy, sales aware hungry high performer to join the team.


Role

  • Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Visit physical events and represent our client professionally to develop meaningful opportunities
  • Create targeted prospecting lists to identify and win new Mid-Market & Enterprise customers.
  • Successfully promote and 'sell' the solution using well-formed use-cases to prospective customers.
  • Meet and exceed lead/opportunity targets and outcomes within company schedule.
  • Continuously improve through feedback
  • Assist with generating new partners/Re-Sellers and Integrations partners.
  • Win and grow new and existing businesses by working with Marketing, Customer Success and Product teams.
  • Work effectively in teams to maximize revenue potential and ensure customer success.
  • Grow and manage sales pipeline, prospect, and assess sales potential.


Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience preferred.
  • Highly organized
  • Ability to travel every now and then.
  • Ideally worked in a start-up environment
  • Some knowledge of the Supply Chain preferred.
  • 1+ years experience in a B2B BDR/SDR role, ideally from a SaaS/ERP/API company
  • New business hunger
  • Ability to deliver outstanding results and a track record of over performance.

  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time, even under high-pressure situations
  • Strong collaboration skills, ability to adapt to a dynamic start-up environment with a passion for making an impact
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical skills with an entrepreneurial and proactive mind-set
