Take a seat on the rocket ship and join us as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help people succeed across the world.

  • Contact and qualify prospects through cold calls, emails, and meetings, aiming to schedule demos for the Account Executives.
  • Engage with social media channels to build relationships, interact with prospects and customers effectively, and represent Xplor professionally.
  • Build rapport with prospects by offering valuable resources such as webinar invitations, white papers, relevant blog articles, etc., while comprehending their position in the buying process.
  • Acquire a deep understanding of Xplor’s product, CRM, sales pipeline, and the qualification and sales process.
  • Expand on key buying personas and units within target companies through internal and external subscription databases, LinkedIn, and other relevant resources.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to execute outbound account-specific email campaigns, driving pipeline growth.
  • Conduct introductory customer calls, providing company overviews and answering initial queries.
  • Develop strategies to optimize your success and actively collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, Product, and Partnerships teams.
  • The annual base salary range for this position is $40,000 - $45,000
  • This position is eligible for uncapped commission
  • Engage in outbound prospecting, including cold calling and leveraging intent data, to generate interest and expand our customer base.
  • Adhere to best practices for maintaining accuracy and completeness of Salesforce.com database by regularly updating records.


Qualifications


  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Salesloft preferred
  • Desire to grow within the sales role
  • A passion for sales, customer engagement, and driving business growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks at a given time
  • 0-2 years of sales experience
