Location: Remote UK


Compensation Range: £32,000 base with on target earnings at £52,000, plus equity

Huntress stops hidden threats that sneak past preventive security tools by utilizing our award winning security platform and expert human threat hunters through dynamic products including Managed EDR, MDR for Microsoft 365, and Managed Security Awareness Training.

What You’ll Do:


Huntress is looking for our first Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join to our newly established and growing UK revenue team. Our Sales Development Representatives identify potential net-new accounts and engage with qualified accounts with the goal of converting them into meetings for our Account Executive sales team. This role requires both outbound cold calling as well as handling inbound opportunities. You’ll also share our value proposition and answer any questions that arise during the process in a timely manner.


Huntress approaches sales as an opportunity to educate our partners through the value we bring. We rely on our SDRs to generate and qualify accounts, make outbound calls, and follow up with individuals in a timely manner. Your ability to bring new business to Huntress is critical for our continued success.


Responsibilities:


  • Achieve metrics by following processes and using multiple communication tools, including phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Thoroughly document all interactions and prospecting efforts in our CRM while maintaining good data hygiene.
  • Using a best-practices approach, stimulate interest in Huntress, focusing on the value Huntress can provide
  • Establish rapport and trust via phone to learn about the potential partner and their business.
  • Set qualified meetings within ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) while following best practices and standard procedures.
  • Answer all client questions with honesty, professionalism, and empathy.
  • Constantly improve cold calling skills, messaging tactics, and pipeline management skills, based on best practices, company training, and feedback
  • Complete tasks and respond to inbound inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Work in a collaborative manner with peers and management to help the team achieve success
  • Identify accounts that are new to our database by researching and qualifying them via LinkedIn and other methods, provide detailed notes within our CRM system.


What You Bring To The Team:


  • Demonstrate a team-before-self mindset.
  • Experience using a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
  • Coachable and eager to continue to expand your knowledge of sales and cybersecurity, maintaining a growth mindset.
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail when taking notes, setting appointments, and following processes.
  • Interested in working in a fast-paced environment at a high-growth organization.
  • Coachable and eager to learn new things
  • 8+ months of experience in a quota carrying, outbound sales position
  • Comfortable navigating multiple platforms and systems simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, asking for help early and as needed.
  • Experience with outbound cold-calling.
  • Demonstrate empathy and thoughtfulness in your professional communication
  • Exceptional time management skills including the ability to prioritize competing tasks
  • Enjoy working collaboratively to achieve individual, team, and company goals.
