Job Description

The International Business Development (IBD) Program is a graduate-level, project-based management consulting program offered since 1992 to MBA students at the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley. Under the leadership of Berkeley Haas faculty, teams of MBA students provide managerial expertise to project clients around the world. Supported by IBD program staff, these student teams visit project countries for two weeks at the end of the spring semester in order to conclude their consulting projects and provide final recommendations to their IBD clients.

Working closely with the IBD Executive Director and the IBD Program Coordinator, the IBD Associate Director will help support the budgeting, marketing, project development, and logistics associated with planning for Berkeley Haas MBA student teams to undertake IBD projects and visit project countries. This is a part-time/50% position, eligible for hybrid work, with a salary between $50-$61K for the 50% role.
