How you will make an impact:
As Sr. HR Director, you will provide forward-thinking strategic partnership, talent management and change management to global business and functional leaders, translating business priorities into impactful people strategy that drives long-term growth. With the expertise to build organizational capabilities and innovative HR solutions, you will advance our goals of hiring, engaging, and developing outstanding talent.
What you will contribute:
Talent Mindset
Collaborate to develop practical HR strategy and talent management plans which align with business and functional goals of attracting, retaining, developing, and engaging diverse, hardworking talent.
Business Acumen and Data Insight
Draw upon HR analytics to encourage the continuous improvement of talent and business capabilities, and influence positive culture change. Build a robust understanding of industry, market, and functional trends, crafting business-specific talent strategies driven by data insights.
Consultation
Coach people managers in navigating sophisticated leadership and HR matters, including talent development, engagement, and performance. Stay abreast of changes in HR law and emerging issues which have the potential to impact the business, sharing knowledge with business and HR teams.
Change Leadership
Motivate change by leading organizational design, development, and culture initiatives built upon our 4i values (Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, and Involvement).
Organizational Adaptability and Resolve
Establish a solid organizational network that promotes a "One HR Team" approach in which activities are core, common, and consistent.
Organizational Design and Development
Previous experience on evaluating organizational effectiveness including guiding on organizations design and talent development strategies.
Partnership
Coordinate HR resources and priorities, delegating tasks to platform and Field HR to successfully implement initiatives. Assess work requests from across the organization and effectively balance priorities in collaboration with the business and in alignment with the HR model.
How you will get here:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
- PHR/SPHR and other professional certification is desirable.
Experience:
- 10+ years of comprehensive HR experience in a global environment; prior experience as a business partner.
- Demonstrated success in implementing business and change programs and processes that yield positive results.
- Experience building and leading teams in a fast-paced, heavily matrixed, and diverse environment.
- Exposure to Process Improvement approaches (i.e. Lean, Six Sigma, Practical Process Improvement, etc.).
- Experience in org design for better business outcomes including talent management stratiegies that align to advancing the business.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Skilled in developing and leveraging professional relationships with leadership, subordinates, and peers.
- Shown critical thinking, analytical, and negotiation skills with in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Effective consultation skills with the ability to influence leaders.
- Ability to translate strategy into action in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary practices f HR policies, including (but not limited to): salary administration and performance review processes, performance management, proactive employee relations, issue investigation and resolution, and recruiting.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and act with a high level of tact and emotional intelligence.
- Thorough understanding of US labor and exposure to global collaboration for compliance.
- Outstanding project management, communication, and presentation skills.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $210,000.00-$315,275.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
