What To Expect
Location: Onsite (Fremont CA)
Tesla continues to scale at breakneck speed. In the coming months and years, we will further scale production in our factories, launch new models, and continue to expand our customer base in markets around the world.
In this role, you will be accountable for leading various programs and campaigns to support the accelerated growth of our vehicle business in North America. These programs are intended to educate more consumers on Tesla’s offerings and improve the overall experience of our customers. Your time will be focused on discovering and testing growth acceleration ideas; turning successful ideas into full scale programs with internal and external teams; and continuously improving the programs you manage. Our Territory Sales Leaders will look to you as a close thought partner to plan and facilitate growth initiatives for their markets.
What You’ll Do

Prior ExperienceOpen to candidates of all experience levels, industry-agnostic, who stand out among their peers as having exceptional ability. Experience in leading a project or program from start to finish. Undergraduate degree preferred but not required.

Expected Compensation
$68,000 - $222,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
