The Human Resources Data Analyst will maintain the integrity and reliability of the HRIS, ensuring applications meet the needs, requirements, and objectives of the HR Department and overall organization. This individual will serve as the bridge between the end-users and technical capabilities of the HR systems. This position provides data updates, analysis and maintenance in all systems and provides compensation analysis as well as support for job updates.
Responsibilities may include:
1. System Maintenance/ Foundation Support
- Troubleshoot to resolve data issues for staff.
- Provide security resolutions when staff are locked out of systems.
- Provide support for periodic system updates by analyzing new functionality for impacts.
- Conduct configuration testing and support all phases of testing.
- Maintain system configuration, security, and support reporting needs.
2. Employee Data Analytics and Reporting
· Prepares reports, scorecards, and dashboards.
· Collect and maintain relevant data to help stakeholders make informed decisions.
· Maintain and update all payroll data process information for Finance/Payroll Department
· Maintain and process enrollment for all benefit programs in HRIS and broker systems.
· Update all systems including website with updated employee data.
3. Support and Training
· Provide HRIS training and hands-on support for
· Work with Total Rewards Manager to support department projects and initiatives
· Provide training for users on new/enhanced system functionality.
4. Rewards Planning & Support
· Work with managers to provide job description updates for staff.
- Run basic compensation salary analysis and provide updates to managers in conjunction with Total Rewards Mgr.
- Maintain job data in system and ensure links to compensation program and talent acquisition system
5. System Implementation
· Work with Total Rewards Manager in the implementation and integration of an HCM system solution.
· Analyze current processes and make recommendations for process/customer service improvement via the use of technology.
· Work with business analysis to map the process to ensure users and HR understand updates or functionality.
6. Verification and Data Support
- Work with staff to provide information request. Provide verification updates for all types of data including employment, benefits, and leaves information.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or Human Resources
- 2+ years of experience working in HR specifically in Data reporting, analysis, and system integration.
