JOB SUMMARY:

• We partner with business leaders to develop jobs and career paths in various insurance and consulting practices as Alliant continues to grow.
• Our team works on a variety of projects including merit and incentive cycles, M&A, compensation system implementation, develop compensation programs, and identify process improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, economics, or related field of study, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Two (2) or more years of compensation experience

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Ability to stay organized and self-manage multiple high-priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to solve complex problems using best practices and knowledge of internal business conditions and external compliance requirements
• Strong consultative and effective communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills

Annual Pay range:

Compensation Analyst II: $65,000 - $80,000

Sr. Compensation Analyst: $85,000 - $100,000

Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
