Job Description

We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant Part Time to join our team! You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruiting and hiring efforts
  • Maintain personnel records, in compliance with HR regulations
  • Communicate all relevant information to employees and job applicants
  • Enforce company policies, rules and regulations
  • Review and update HR information system records
  • Compile reports from personnel databases

Qualifications:

  • Some knowledge of labor and employment laws
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in Human Resources or related field a plus
  • Excellent skills in technology
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
