The HR Senior Manager will provide a wide range of HR support for assigned business units. You will work closely with the Senior Director on department and company initiatives. You will also be the key HR resource for your assigned areas. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, performance management, professional development, recruitment, employee relations, policy questions, etc. The HR Talent Manager plays a key role in the success of Veritas Prime by facilitating a positive relationship between employees and leadership. You will be successful in this role if you can foster relationships with those at every level of the organization, have experience effectively managing a wide range of employees, and have some experience in recruiting.Position reports directly to the Senior Director, People Success.
This is a remote position, or you can work from one of our offices in Portland, ME; Shawnee, KS; or Orlando, FL.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Analyze HR trends and metrics
- Resolve complex employee relations issues.
- Work closely with the HRBPs to build out that function and coach, mentor, and develop their direct reports.
- Engage, coach, support, and motivate employees to improve performance and identify opportunities for professional development.
- Leverage the expertise of and further develop the HRBP team.
- Provide opportunities and guidance that enable the transfer of learning into effective practice for employees.
- Assist with HRIS tickets and tasks as needed.
- Work closely with HR leadership, business units, and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
- Provide HR policy guidance.
- Provide support to HR team members; advise and collaborate with other HR team members
- Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience.
- Oversee and further develop the HRBP function.
- Use coaching methods that provide an environment that is collaborative, supportive, and provides constructive feedback on performance.
- Act as a consultant on human resources management and organizational changes for assigned business units.
- Identify professional development needs for teams and individuals.
Skills/Abilities:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline preferred
- Attention to detail
- Excellent coaching and communication skills
- Expertise in HR policies and procedures
- Proficient in HR technology
- Experience with benefits administration preferred
- Experience in HR and/or talent/workforce development
- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of hiring processes
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors HCM highly preferred but not required
- Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
