Employee Owned Holdings, Inc. (EOHI) is a family of employee-owned companies that specialize in highly engineered solutions. We are hiring a Director of Operations to with leadership and operations experience to manage facilities programs, QSHE (quality, safety, health & environment), business continuity, company-wide inventory programs and other important operational priorities. Our family of companies is constantly growing, and this role is critical to finding the best methods to streamline operations, promote corporate initiatives and assist with integrations of various acquisitions.

Hydraquip, Inc. and GCC provide technical expertise and value-added solutions through their offering of hydraulic, pneumatic and automation products. Supreme Integrated Technology, Inc. (SIT) focuses on hydraulic, mechanical and structural design to deliver custom, turn-key systems.
Responsibilities:

• Analyze and improve operational processes, including supply chain management, production processes and facility optimization. This includes identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee assigned key projects and processes
• Ensure compliance with real estate, insurance and corporate services agreements.
• Other duties as assigned
• Devise strategies to ensure growth of programs enterprise-wide, identifying and implementing process improvements that will maximize output and minimize costs
• Build and maintain relationships with department heads, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals.
• Work alongside VP of Technology to analyze ERP effectiveness and implement new manufacturing ERP system to optimize operations at Supreme Integrated Technology.
• Lead QHSE and Business Continuity Programs
• Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for the routine performance of the operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
• Support and participate in the organization’s continual improvement program to conform to ISO 9001 requirements by complying with the Quality Policy and procedures and meeting QMS objectives. Understand the implications of not conforming with the quality management system requirements.
• Improve cash management by working alongside finance and company operations to streamline inventory and improve collections processes.
• Oversee facilities maintenance, maintenance of critical infrastructure, and improvements
• Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for our key initiatives.

Requirements
Education:

• 3+ years leadership role in operations focused role
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, industrial distribution or related field

Desired Knowledge & Skills:

• Proven ability to plan and manage operational process for maximum efficiency and productivity
• Superior negotiation skills in both internal and external settings
• Proven ability to develop innovative solutions for increased productivity
• Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, production, and QHSE
• Masterful organizational, communication, and leadership skills, demonstrated by previous professional success
• Experience working in an ISO 9001 environment is considered a plus.
• Experience with budget and business plan development
