Position Responsibilities:

• Evaluate vendor performance, conduct vendor assessments, and make recommendations for vendor selection and renewal.
• Set clear goals and objectives for the team and evaluate performance against established metrics.

• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for IT operations aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Identify and recommend innovative technologies and solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with executive management to align IT initiatives with business priorities.
• Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing team of IT professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities.
• Identify and justify investments in IT infrastructure, systems, and technologies to support business growth.
• Develop and implement IT service management frameworks and processes to ensure efficient delivery and support of IT services.

• Develop and manage the IT operations budget, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and cost-effectiveness.

• Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring effective delivery of outsourced services.

Qualifications:

• Experience in managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, Agile/Lean, Six Sigma) are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) and IT service management frameworks.
• Proven experience (15+ years) in IT operations management roles, including infrastructure management, service delivery, or program management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
