Director Of Operations Jobs

SSC Signs & Lighting, LLC is a national design, fabrication and installation sign company headquartered in DFW, Texas. We currently have an opening for an experienced Director of Operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for oversight and overall performance of Field Management
• Identify areas for improvement and implement change as
• Hold department personnel accountable for accurate due
• Manage escalations and ensure proper follow through for corrective
• Manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and budgets to ensure that all resources are allocated efficiently and effectively to achieve objectives. Prepare annual departmental budget.
• Continuously review and improve operational processes and procedures to ensure they are efficient and effective.
• Provide leadership, guidance, direction, accountability, and development for operations team
• Develop and monitor KPIs for the operational performance of the operations team
• Forecast and communicate project progress, billings and any issues impacting the completion date with executive management team.
• Track and report project margins and workflow statuses to executive leadership
• Responsible for coaching, training, and motivating direct
• Ensure department personnel maintain exceptional customer satisfaction
• Communicate potential risks and issues and provide recommendations to executive leadership for corrective or mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

• Professionalism, positivity, and strong work ethic with a high level of integrity
• Excellent leadership skills with significant senior management
• MBA preferred or relevant undergraduate degree coupled with least ten years of operations management experience.
• Strong efficiency with all Microsoft Office products (advanced Excel highly preferred)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to make business presentations internally and externally.
