We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to fill the role of Director, B2C Operations and Data Quality Assurance. As the Director, you will be at the forefront of driving operational excellence and data quality in a fast-paced and evolving energy solutions environment.

The Director, B2C Operations and Data Quality Assurance will lead a team dedicated to ensuring efficient B2C transactions and maintaining data quality. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and utilities to enhance customer management processes and drive strategic improvements. Reporting to the VP, B2C Operations, this role requires a dedicated and self-motivated individual with a knack for driving efficiency in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with regulations from PUCT and other governing bodies.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to the team.
• Manage design, planning, testing, and execution of new business processes.
• Foster relationships with external vendors and internal departments.
• Resolve EDI and utility issues promptly.
• Manage data collection, root cause analysis, and resolution plans.
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Oversee daily execution of transactional operations and data quality procedures.
• Develop and track KPIs and metrics for process enhancement.
• Stay updated on industry updates and changes.
