Annual Salary: $145K-$170K+ DOE, plus performance bonus incentives
What we are looking for:
- We are seeking an adaptable and personable Director who isn't afraid to get hands-on and lead by example. This role requires someone who can connect and effectively communicate with both non-exempt employees and top-level executives, including the company president.

- As a leading company in defense and security solutions quality is key. It is imperative that our products work effectively so knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Kanban, Kaizen, and 5S Background is preferred.
- This role will not only be over the manufacturing production floor but also purchasing, planning, logistics, and facilities. So, a wide breadth of knowledge around those departments will be needed to be successful.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute long-term goals and objectives, providing clear direction and focus to all departments.
- Oversee and synchronize manufacturing activities to ensure efficient operations and on-time delivery of superior products.
- Establish and implement policies and practices for product supply/demand and delivery, striving for operational excellence.
- Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Program Management, and Sales, to streamline production planning and execution.
- Champion compliance with safety and environmental regulations, prioritizing the well-being of our workforce and the environment.
- Supervise production operations to align with customer demands and corporate objectives.
- Monitor and assess progress towards overall company objectives, envisioning the path to success.
- Enhance company facilities, equipment, and fixtures for seamless and productive operations.
- Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives, striving to achieve excellence in quality, cost, and delivery.
Preferred Skills:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, and an MBA is highly preferred.
- Extensive background in producing complex electronic components/products.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fostering effective teamwork.
- Familiar with AS9100, ASME, ITAR, and ISO standards.
- Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, promoting effective collaboration within teams.
- Minimum of 10+ years’ experience managing teams in manufacturing.
- 5+ years of experience in a senior manufacturing leadership position in Electronic Manufacturing is strongly preferred.
