Job Description

Director of Operations – Total Ancillary

Total Ancillary is a fast growing organization that specializes in biologics technology and biologics management which drive efficiencies in the podiatry and wound care supply chain. Total Ancillary’s mission is to improve patient’s quality of care through optimal technology, products, treatments, and education.


This onsite role will oversee all aspect of operations for Total Ancillary (“TA”). This role will report to the CEO in the Dallas office. The Director of Operations needs to be a pro-active communicator with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a culture that strives for excellence.


Responsibilities

  • Human Capital - Coordinates activities between HR Manager impacted departments to ensure streamlined onboarding and exiting of staff members
  • Manages key aspects of operations including labor, productivity, and associated KPI’s
  • Coordinates internal teams to maximize systems company-wide
  • Attends key meetings to summarize and report on collections, consignment, and other finance-related topics pertinent to the organization
  • Monitors and reports on quality of data and analytics
  • Leads weekly inter-departmental meetings and daily morning huddles
  • Prepares reporting from key areas of oversight and cascades information to organizational leadership
  • Assists with TA’s DME programs
  • Staff management duties includes: hiring, compliance and functional training, goal setting, and both formal and real-time performance evaluation
  • Coordinates various teams to foster collaborative exchange of product information and prepare back-end processes for product launch
  • Oversees metrics and associated reporting plus direct oversight and involvement with key organizational initiatives. Coordinates operations and implements strategies
  • Manages Team of 4: 1 Direct Report, 3 Indirect Reports
  • Identifies potential challenges of data/information communication breakdown and works to find timely solutions
  • Prepares SOP documentation for organizational best practices
  • Responsible for general upkeep/facilities management of Total Ancillary
  • Ensures training and compliance with all internal SOP policy and guidelines, as well as external requirements and regulations
  • Promotes a collaborative, transparent workplace with a team focus striving for excellence


Requirements

  • Experience in management, operations, and leadership
  • Strong Excel user
  • Effective communicator
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
  • Effective in problem solving and analytical thinking
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Teams, MS Office, CRM’s
  • Ability to build consensus and relationship among managers, partners and employees
  • (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office
  • Excellence and a pro-active attitude are inherent
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
