Director Of Leadership Development - Remote | Wfh

Join an exciting team at a leading organization in the field of leadership development! We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to take on the role of Leadership Development Manager. As the Leadership Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing our scalable leadership development strategy, supporting leaders at all levels throughout our diverse RPM Living locations.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive and scalable leadership development strategy to empower leaders at all levels, from first-time managers to executives, across all RPM Living locations.
Collaborate with stakeholders from various business units to identify learning and performance gaps, providing expert recommendations for leadership development initiatives. Be at the forefront of shaping RPM's Leadership Philosophy.
Lead a passionate team in creating engaging and effective programming and content, utilizing various formats such as instructor-led sessions, workshops, seminars, and on-demand digital resources. Address identified leadership development needs.
Deliver flagship leadership development programs both on-site and virtually, ensuring an exceptional learning experience. Implement cross-training strategies to support the expansion of our programming.
Partner with HR, Operations, and other business leaders to infuse our company's leadership philosophy into learning experiences, employee performance strategies, and a shared language of leadership. Effectively communicate with executive leadership across multiple functions.
Collaborate closely with our Learning & Development team to design and manage a comprehensive onboarding program for new leaders at RPM.
Identify, drive, and measure the success of learning initiatives, ensuring their effective implementation and impact. Continuously enhance leadership development approaches based on data, feedback, and organizational needs, leveraging internal and external expertise.
Collaborate with senior leadership, Recruiting/HR, Marketing, and Operations to align leadership development initiatives with business forecasts, performance expectations, and industry trends.
Anticipate approximately 25% travel time, or up to 50% for non-Austin, TX-based candidates.
Qualifications
4-6+ years of experience in the field of Leadership Development, demonstrating a strong track record.
Experienced Leader: Your proven ability to lead teams effectively provides you with the foundation to train and mentor new leaders, ensuring they embody our core values and leadership principles.
Adult Learning Expert: With a deep understanding of adult learning principles, you excel in designing and delivering learning solutions across various modalities, including instructor-led sessions, virtual training, workshops, eLearning, and more.
Thought Leader: Your natural curiosity and passion for leadership development drive you to explore cutting-edge practices from diverse industries and apply them to enhance our programs.
Execution Oriented: You thrive on turning plans into reality, using your creativity and resourcefulness to achieve results efficiently.
Ability to Think at Scale: You possess the knowledge and skills required for effective change management and scaling of programs, adapting them to different locations and roles within the organization.
Operationally Minded: Your experience working with employees across different industries, such as multi-family, hospitality, supply chain, or retail, gives you valuable insight into diverse organizational settings (industry experience is a plus!).
