We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
Effective Communication: Exhibit outstanding verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
Client Relations: Build and maintain strong rapport and trust with our clients, offering a service-oriented approach.
Organization and Time Management: Demonstrate strong organizational skills and effective time management to meet deadlines efficiently.
Self-Motivation: Be a self-driven professional capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of IT processes and procedures.
Adaptability: Quickly adapt to evolving environments and technology landscapes.
Technical Proficiency: Possess expertise in Microsoft 365 Administration, computer setup, Active Directory, security and distribution groups, group policy, and computer and network troubleshooting.
Network Management: Exhibit working knowledge of enterprise network switches, Windows server management, and firewalls.
Onsite Support: Ability to travel/commute to client locations using a personal vehicle and lift at least 50 lbs.
Background Check: Pass a background check in accordance with state and federal laws.
Desired Skills
Disaster Recovery and Backup: Experience in disaster recovery and backup technologies.
Network Architecture: Familiarity with LAN & WAN architecture and troubleshooting.
Network Protocols: Understanding of TCP/IP and DNS, as well as network configuration concepts such as VLAN, QoS, and LAG.
