Role Overview
Business Development:
Proactively seek out and onboard new clients and business opportunities.
Manage the entire process of estimating and booking projects.
Project Management
Oversee painting crews and projects to ensure timely completion and exceptional quality.
Maintain open lines of communication with both customers and crews on a daily basis.
Conduct regular job site visits to ensure project progress and quality standards.
Customer-Centric Approach
Provide outstanding customer service and swift problem resolution.
Uphold and enforce company standards on all job sites.
Team Management
Manage and ensure the accuracy of weekly payroll for painting crews.
Conduct training sessions and interviews for new painting crew members.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrates strong character, adaptability, and self-awareness.
Proficient in conflict resolution and possesses excellent problem-solving skills.
Displays a keen attention to detail and works effectively under pressure.
Shows a sense of urgency and a robust work ethic.
Required Skills
Relevant experience in the construction industry.
Ability to prioritize effectively, even in high-pressure situations.
Customer-focused approach to creative problem solving.
Exceptional personal organization skills.
Adept at building and nurturing relationships.
Comfortable with adapting to technological advancements.
Collaborative Structure
Receive remote administrative support from the Parent company based in Atlanta, GA.
Engage in weekly virtual meetings with the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Revenue Officer & Chief of Operations for strategic alignment.
