Key Responsibilities
Content Development Oversight:
Oversee the development and delivery of healthcare educational content.
Conduct research on healthcare topics, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate in selecting and managing content writers with healthcare expertise.
Ensure content meets state and accreditation requirements.
Accredited Provider Program Director
Act as the Accredited Provider Program Director for American Nurses Credentialing Center accreditation.
Ensure compliance with accreditation requirements and standards.
Serve as a liaison between, Nurse Planners, and curriculum development teams.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of criteria and communicate updates.
Educational Content Development
Develop original curriculum for online education in healthcare.
Create and present live content for healthcare programs.
Coordinate course evaluations and updates to meet accreditation criteria.
Participate in educational program evaluation activities.
Communication And Brand Ambassadorship
Serve as a healthcare education expert at networking events and conferences.
Contribute to marketing efforts through written educational content.
Participate in marketing strategic planning.
Engage in internal team meetings and policy development.
Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Strong understanding of healthcare services and continuing education.
Knowledge of nursing practice standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Research and analytical skills for evidence-based curriculum development.
Familiarity with video conferencing platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Understanding of adult learning theories.
Ability to work collaboratively and maintain professional relationships.
Basic understanding of marketing principles.
Effective presentation skills.
Trustworthiness and ability to make autonomous decisions.
Willingness to travel for industry events.
