Lead curriculum development, review, and knowledge management activities including capturing best practices and research.

Minimum requirement of a master's degree in Leadership, Organizational Behavior, Psychology, Education, or related field.

Strong experience working with and presenting to corporate/adult groups. Openness to feedback and exceptional customer service abilities.

Develop and manage revenue streams and reporting for the Leadership department.

Work in partnership with other departments and lead education initiatives.

Utilize expert facilitation skills in conducting leadership and professional development programs for mid to senior levels across the organization.

Manage in-person and virtual leadership programs.

Maintain knowledge of industry trends in leadership development.

Build common leadership and professional skills for all employees.

Two (2) years of supervisory experience in the training and leadership development field is required.

Must have knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Windows, and Outlook.

Engineer capabilities required to develop and deliver automated medical devices - including requisite instruments, advanced imaging, and user interface/experience.

Pursue a number of internal developmental training programs as well as externally recognized qualifications such as Process Design Excellence.

You must have the ability to demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and a dedicated approach to achieving success.

Validated leadership experience through extra-curricular activities, employment, and/or internship experiences is required . An R&D co-op or internship is highly preferred.

15+ years of professional experience with direct experience in leadership development and organizational effectiveness

Experience managing and coaching a team of learning professionals

Experience as a facilitator, learning designer, content creator, and people leader

Own the enterprise onboarding process and programs

Consultative team player with the ability to work with and influence people at all levels, including the executive team

3-5 years of experience program management, leadership development, education, and/or other related fields.

Design and implement programs, initiatives, and tools to develop and enhance leadership capabilities.
