What You'll Do - Your Daily Adventure
Here's a Glimpse Of What You'll Be Doing
As our Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in making our couples' dreams come true.
Building and nurturing relationships with our incredible team, couples, and vendors.
Managing coordination and requests from assigned couples, from the moment they decide to work with us until they receive their cherished wedding memories.
Conducting engaging and meaningful consultations with couples, both during the early planning stages and in the final moments before their big day.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure every event is staffed to perfection.
Ensuring seamless communication between our shooters, couples, and vendors, leaving no room for errors.
Making sure all deliverables are sent to our couples according to their contract terms and our internal high standards.
Working closely with coordinators and other vendors to ensure every detail is meticulously handled.
Surpassing our couples' expectations through stellar communication and a stress-free wedding planning process.
Completing any necessary reports and assisting with other exciting projects and tasks.
