Job Description
We are a dynamic and values-driven company in the healthcare industry, focused on providing exceptional service to our clients, patients, and requestors. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a remote worker, you'll be an integral part of our mission to deliver top-notch customer experiences.
Role And Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction of our clients and requestors. Your daily tasks will include:
Assisting clients and patients with inquiries regarding medical record requests through phone calls.
Maintaining accurate and detailed notes for all actions taken in our system.
Providing prompt, accurate, and concise information to ensure exceptional customer service.
Building strong, value-based relationships with customers, demonstrating a passion for positive interactions.
Ensuring customer satisfaction is at the forefront of your interactions.
Handling credit card payments, invoice management, and order reprocessing.
Obtaining missing information from patients and requestors to fulfill non-compliant requests.
Collaborating with various departments to ensure timely processing of requests.
Data entry and other assigned duties to support seamless operations.
Securely transmitting records to requestors via fax and email.
Meeting daily goals to contribute to the team's success.
Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Minimum Of 1 Year Of Call Center Experience.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new processes.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
A positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
High school diploma or GED required.
Preferred: Previous experience in the medical industry and bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.

Education And Experience
High school diploma or equivalent.
2 years of customer service experience.
1 year of call center experience.
Preferred: 1 year of experience in healthcare industry.
