As a Junior Data Analyst at the company, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery and quality of data, supporting the growth and optimization of our advisor workstation. Your responsibilities will include:
Data Delivery Analysis
Research and support for all in-bound & out-bound files.
Identifying, communicating, and resolving data quality and delivery issues with data providers.
Providing testing support for all in-bound and out-bound files.
Monitoring daily data delivery and ETL jobs.
Data Quality Analysis
Monitoring data quality alerts and conducting data analysis on the alert outputs.
Extracting information from data sets to identify correlations and patterns.
Conducting ad-hoc SQL queries to support data analysis.
Performing data reconciliations and supporting the resolution of discrepancies.
QA and UAT testing of system changes.
Migrating Third-Party CRM Data To Advisor Workstation CRM (Unio)
Formulating a CRM data migration plan with Advisors.
Conducting data extraction from third-party CRM systems.
Performing data clean-up.
Collaborating with developers to upload data to staging and production sites.
Conducting testing in the staging environment.
Providing updates and hosting meetings with advisors during data transition.

Must-Haves
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
2+ years of experience working with data in a business environment
Proficiency in SQL, MS Office products, specifically Excel
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail
Experience with business intelligence tools
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong data entry/keyboard typing skills
Self-motivated with a high level of initiative
