Full-Time PR & Marketing Agency, one of the most esteemed and swiftly expanding agencies specializing in family-oriented brands, is in search of a dedicated Full-time Affiliate Marketing Manager. This role is essential in supporting the agency’s dynamic and award-winning team.

Desired Qualities

Experience in affiliate marketing strategy and campaign management, particularly within an agency context
Demonstrated proficiency on various affiliate platforms, including ShareaSale, Skimlinks, Impact Radius, Commission Junction, and Rakuten
Basic comprehension of the acquisition funnel, key performance indicators (KPIs) in performance marketing, and factors influencing profitability
Working knowledge of industry-specific KPIs
Familiarity with the broader affiliate landscape and major players/platforms from an agency perspective
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Awareness of trends in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, and eCommerce
Strong analytical acumen for accurate monitoring and tracking of affiliate program performance
Successful track record in managing substantial budgets
Previous experience in a client-facing role with a capacity for autonomous work
Proficiency in influencer marketing and collaboration with content publishers and creators
Confidence in articulating opinions and delivering presentations, coupled with the ability to manage upwards and downwards
A genuine passion for online shopping, media consumption, social media engagement, and exploration of new brands and startups
Enthusiasm for being part of a small yet formidable team
Appreciation for the intricacies of public relations and marketing
Responsibilities
Oversee clients' affiliate programs, encompassing publisher development, client communication, and seamless integration of the affiliate channel within the agency's larger framework
Refine and manage clients' affiliate programs within the context of their broader digital marketing strategies
Analyze and report on existing affiliate programs
Collaborate closely with influencer, content, and top-of-funnel affiliate publishers to incorporate affiliate presence into PR and influencer marketing efforts
Conduct weekly reporting and client calls to communicate performance metrics and strategies
Cultivate publisher relationships to ensure clients collaborate with top-tier affiliate partners
Lead and expand the client portfolio as the primary point of contact for affiliate marketing
Collaborate with the agency to identify potential websites for strategic affiliate partnerships
Monitor and assess performance and return on investment (ROI) for affiliate programs
Ensure accurate tracking of all affiliate campaigns for precise reporting
Stay updated on industry trends in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, and eCommerce
Forecast annual/quarterly/monthly affiliate budgets
Demonstrate thoughtfulness in internal and external communications
Strategically contribute to clients' brand awareness and sales growth with creativity and passion
Serve as the main liaison for multiple accounts, displaying clear, effective, and confident communication via Zoom and email
